* A new 8 litre gas powered Hot Water Heater,  with the ability to also provide cold water,plus all plumbing  connections and a 12 volt water pump.

* A new double gas tap adapter to enable both appliances mentioned above to be run simultaneously.

* Two folding tables,one containing a twin sided stainless steel sink, complete with fittings and plugs for separate food preparation and hand washing.

* A solid,Cast Iron wok for cooking the Donuts.

* An eye-catching banner for the front of all the equipment,to present a finished tidy appearance,it also features the logo 'El-Rashid's vegan Moroccan Donuts ', plus the likeness of El-Rashid himself!

*Assorted bowls,gloves, utensils,strainer and other items to get you started.

We have chosen equipment with lightness and price in mind. Our goals are to keep the initial cost to the Operator as low as possible,plus provide Plant that is light, efficient,and quick and easy to set up and pack down.

Plus - most importantly: The Recipe,and step by step instructions on how to prepare the dough,cook the donuts,set up the equipment,get ready for Markets and Events,and includes how to break down the equipment after an outing.

The only items you will need to provide yourself,is your vehicle to get you there and back,a caravan type gas- bottle, ( around $69 empty at The Warehouse) and a gazebo,all of which most folk have or could borrow in the meantime.Also some empty 10 liter water containers,and a bucket for scraps and trash.
